Maquette making February 2011

I have always made maquettes in the past however it was not until I was asked to write an article on the very subject that I have really appreciated their importance. Furniture and Cabinet Making Magazine asked me to give advantages of making models before making the actual piece of furniture. The full article can be found at www.marcfish.co.uk here are some pictures of some maquettes we have made in the past.
